Over the past 6 months, the team at Fatgalah have been working on improvements is speed and overall footprint of it highly sucessfully CMS program. Version 6.2 has many improved features and upgraded old functions making it faster to load and smaller in size.

Improved features:

• Programmable page loading - This feature enables the programmer to only load the functions required. Cutting down the amount of server load and the time it takes to load.
• Mod Re-writes - Permalinks or Mod-Rewrites have been add to improve the search engine friendly URLs.
• Menu System - The new drop down menus utilise CSS with no Javascript. This reduces the amount of scripting need to run the menu system.
  • New feature is UFC to control the colours throughout the site. This includes menu backgrounds, links, link hover, sub menu, sub menu hover and much more. Now enabling the user to control all the colours or all the menus.
• News System - With in UFC you can now control the Mini News box - background colour, heading and its location.
• New Blogging Section - The addition of the Blog was a feature that many of our current users added to the wishlist. Fatgalah has added the same features to the Blogging system as the News centre.
